excellent and the presentation was perfect.
We liked everything about the room and
the setup and our server Jeannie, was
great. She did an excellent job serving us.

Also, one of the reason I chose Boatwerks
was because of your expertise and patience.

and didn't get that feeling with the other
restaurants that I had contacted.

Last Thursday evening I held my staff Christmas party at your restaurant. There were 11 of us there and I wanted to let you know that we all had a great time! Annie was our server and she did an absolutely fabulous job of taking care of our group. She was friendly and efficient in every way!

At the end of our dinner I ordered a pizza for a coworker which I brought back to work for him. I was so embarrassed when I found out later that he called you back to complain about his pizza. I wanted to apologize and let you know that his complaints were in no way a reflection of my views or our experience of your restaurant and food. We have had our party there 2 years in a row now and both times my employees loved it - we have had nothing but great food and fantastic service.

Thank you so much for assisting in my retirement party. By all counts it was a resounding success. Everything went so smoothly, at least it looked like it to us. What may have been going on behind the scene was kept behind the scene. Everyone had a great time and I heard may positive comments about Boatwerks as a venue and the food.
